Omnivore World Tour Sydney
It’s the world-wide festival of “la jeune cuisine” (young chefs, new ideas) and it’s back in Sydney for Good Food Month.
16 chefs from five countries get together across two fully food-focussed days for a series of masterclasses – sharing their ideas, techniques and personal passions.
Then there are the Amazing Dinners – collaborations between some of Sydney’s most interesting chefs and visitors from France, Belgium, Canada and New Zealand – a meeting of creative culinary minds and cultures.
Other highlights include the pull-out-all-the-stops Omnivorious Party – the coolest combination of snacks from the combined forces of the full Omnivore Sydney chef team with drinks and great music, complete with sparkling harbour views; and the traditional Omnivore Pop-Up Dinner, also at the Australian National Maritime Museum.
